We are seeking a dynamic, engaging and proactive individual who enjoys working cooperatively to deliver outstanding results. A creative, detailed and organized problem solver who thrives on innovation, sustainability and partnership, this person has a passion for the customer and seeks to deliver a unique experience for home owners by engaging our sales, construction and service teams to deliver exciting customer experiences in our presentation suites, highlighting home customization options. Key areas of responsibility: Work closely with internal and external trade partner teams to deliver leading edge design and i.D. by Me offerings, contributing to outstanding home buying and ownership experiences Populate and manage the i.D. by Me options marketing program, website and resources, including coordination of training, education and customer resources Coordinate sales launches and display suites to feature i.D. by Me offerings and promote participation Conduct research and market analysis, leveraging database and reporting tools to understand trends and opportunities Qualifications: Knowledge of interior design, construction materials and project management – Diploma or Degree in Interior Design preferred and prior experience in pricing or estimating also considered Effective management of multiple projects within a schedule driven environment High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, accompanied by excellence in communication skills, time management and effective collaboration Computer and technology proficiency: CAD tools, MS Office, photo editing and web based applications Motivated and dedicated team player with a desire to learn and willingness to take direction Please send your resume to [email protected] We thank all candidates for their submissions, however, only those selected for interview will be contacted.
