TREATMENT
Muscle tone is one of the most important aspects of youthful, firmed skin tissue, so give your clients’ skin
the workout it deserves. The Skin Fitness Treatment offers skin a potent blend of peptides, amino acids,
vitamins, and herbs - boosting collagen support and encouraging skin elasticity.
Products Used
Preparation
1 Skin
Squeeze several drops of Citrus Gel Cleanser
Citrus Gel Cleanser (or)
Pumpkin Cleanser
or Pumpkin Cleanser into dampened hands and
smooth into skin. Massage cleanser for several
minutes. Rinse skin with warm, wet gauze. For
some skins, a second cleanse may be necessary.
Blot skin dry.
Derma Peel
20% L-Lactic Acid
Amino Peptide Serum
Natural Lift Masque
Natural Lift Activator
Amino Peptide Moisturizer
Daytime Defense SPF30
Application
2 Enzyme
Remove a small amount of Derma Peel and
apply evenly to skin. Begin circular massage on
face and neck; continue to do this for up to 10
minutes. Rinse skin with warm water and a soft
cloth – do at least 2 rinses to be sure that all of
the peel mixture has been removed. Gently blot
skin dry.
Saturate 2” gauze with 20% L-Lactic Acid and
smooth evenly onto skin. Let this remain for 5
minutes and then rinse away with warm water. Do
several rinses and blot skin dry.
Application
3 Nourishment
Apply 2-3 drops of Amino Peptide Serum
and massage into skin. Let remain on skin.
Application
4 Mask
Place 1 teaspoon of Natural Lift Masque
into beaker. Add several drops of Natural Lift
Activator and mix well. Mixture will have a

creamy consistency. Do not prepare ahead of
time - masque needs to be applied to skin as
soon as it is mixed. Add a few drops of Amino
Peptide Serum to masque.
Paint evenly on face and neck with brush. Let
masque remain on skin for 30 minutes. The
mixture will become extremely tight - this is very
normal. Clients may experience some tingling
and pulsating.
To remove, soften masque with cleanser and
warm water. Apply with very damp hands and
then rinse with warm, wet cloth. After removal,
blot skin dry.

5 Finishing
Massage Amino Peptide Moisturizer into
the skin and finish with Daytime Defense SPF30.

Moisten hands with warm water and place
Pumpkin Cleanser
Pumpkin Cleanser in palm of hands - steam may
be used. Massage skin with cleanser for about 5
minutes and remove thoroughly with wet, warm
gauze pads.

Start second-phase cleanse and balancing by
applying Raspberry Lotion to skin. Let Raspberry
Lotion remain on skin. Do not get in or near
eyes.

2 Enzyme
Remove 3 tsp. of Pepsin & Papain Enzyme
and add 1tsp. of Italian Herbal Peel. Stir mixture
until creamy. Place protective pads on eyes. Apply
an even layer of enzyme mixture to face and neck
using a soft brush. Lay 2 – 4” x 4” damp gauze
across upper and lower face and wrap face with a
steamed towel. Let enzyme remain on skin for 10
minutes – remove towel wrap and begin removal
of enzyme with the gauze. Rinse several times
for complete removal. Blot skin dry. Skin will be
stimulated and slightly pink.
Application
3 Nourishment
Apply 2-3 drops of Sea Gems to skin. Next,
blend together: 2 drops of C-Peptide Complex,
1 drop of Omega 6 EFA, and 2 drops of Growth
Factor Serum. Apply to skin and begin facial

massage. This is an important part of the
treatment and is most effective if worked into skin
for a minimum of 5 - 7 minutes.
Apply a final steamed compress wrap to penetrate
the nutrient cocktail and expand pores.

4 Mask
Mix equal parts of Milk Mask and Chocolate
Antioxidant Mask and whip together for custom
blend. Apply evenly to skin with a soft brush.
Keep on skin for 5 minutes. Lay dampened 4” x
4” gauze on face and neck. Roll chilled Ice Globes
across face and neck for 5 minutes or more.
Remove gauze and remaining mask mixture.

PHASE ONE - Remove Derma Peel from
container and work into skin. The mixture is a soft
gel and as it is worked into the skin it becomes
watery. Continue to massage the skin until
granules form. Work into skin a few minutes
longer to soften and lift away the surface cells of
the stratum corneum.
PHASE TWO - Remove about 1tsp. of Pepsin
& Papain Enzyme. Place cotton pads on eyes.
Using a soft brush, apply enzyme to skin evenly
for 7-10 minutes, a light vapor of steam maybe
used. Remove the enzyme with warm, wet gauze.
Two rinses are recommended. Blot dry.
PHASE THREE - Remove 1tsp. of Maui Peel
and smooth evenly onto skin. Massage skin with
enzyme for 5 minutes, skin will feel like butter.
Rinse enzyme from skin with tepid water and
gauze pads. Blot skin dry.

OPTIONAL: Customize a cocktail by mixing

Choose appropriate cleanser for skin type:

This all-important first step must be thorough.
Moisten hands with warm water and begin facial
cleanse. Massage skin with cleanser for about 5
minutes and remove completely with wet, warm
gauze pads. Steam may be used.
OPTIONAL: If skin is more sensitive, mix 3 parts
Skin Brightening Enzyme to 1 part H202 Emulsion.
Application
3 Nourishment
Using Omega 6 EFA as your base and
depending on skin type, add one drop of the
following:
Hyperpigmented Skin – Natural Mega
Brightening Serum
Acne/Oily Skin – Blemish Serum
Aging/Normal Skin – C-Peptide Complex
Start second phase cleanse and balancing begin
the infusion of important natural lightener’s for
cellular support, clearing the pathways at the
stratum corneum level for better penetration.
Saturate 2” gauze with Brightening Pigment
Lotion and apply to skin with firm pressure. Let
lotion remain on skin and absorb completely
before beginning next step. Do not get in or near
eyes.
Blend nourishing mixture into skin and begin a
stimulating face massage to increase circulation
for as long as desired.

Before opening H202 Emulsion, hold away
Place 3 parts mask to 1 part H202 Emulsion into
a beaker; mix together and apply to face and
neck with brush. Lay 4”x 4” gauze on face that
is slightly damp and cool. Roll Ice Globes over
face for several minutes. Remove mask mixture in
about 5 minutes. Rinse several times with tepid
water and gauze.

Fight the signs of aging and brighten skin tone with Rhonda Allison’s Hibiscus Facial. While the Hibiscus
flower is beautiful, it is also potent. A second generation AHA, the flower acids obtained from hibiscus
chalices are even more moisturizing than lactic acid. A great rejuvenator for all skin types, this spa
treatment will stimulate collagen activity, balance excess oil, and provide valuable antioxidant support
for radiant skin and lasting results.
Preparation
1 Skin
Moisten hands with warm water.
Pump
Pumpkin Cleanser into palm of hands. Massage
cleanser into skin for about 5 minutes. Steam
may be used. Remove thoroughly with wet, warm
gauze pads.
2 PHASE ONE - Remove 1 tsp. of Derma Peel
Enzyme Application
and apply to face and neck. Smooth into skin.
Begin circular massage until granules start to
form, then apply steam for another 5 minutes.
Remove enzyme with damp 4” x 4” gauze pads.
Several rinses may be required. Pat face dry.
PHASE TWO - Cover client’s eyes with cotton
pads. Pour Hibiscus Peel into glass beaker. Using
a firm brush apply one even layer to face and
neck. Let remain on skin for 10 minutes.
OPTIONAL: While Hibiscus Peel is on skin, offer
aromatherapy of lavender or geranium essential
oils. Hold energy points on sternum and mid-back
with full palms of hands and fingertips.
After 10 minutes, remove with tepid water and
gauze sponges. Do at least 2 rinses to be sure all
peel mixture is removed. Gently blot skin dry.
APPLICATION
3 NOURISHMENT
Prepare cocktail by mixing 2 drops of Peptide 38
with 3 drops of Drop of Essence Hydration Drops.
Massage cocktail into skin for as long as desired.

OPTIONAL: If there are no signs of severe
erythema or irritations, apply heated compress
for 2-3 minutes to infuse product into skin.
APPLICATION

Stipple Eye & Lip Repair Serum around
eyes. Remove 12 Flower Mask from container
and brush on skin evenly. Lay 4”x 4” dampened
gauze on upper and lower half of face. Roll cold
Ice Globes over skin for several minutes. Wrap
face in a warm compress and let remain on face
until towels cool. Mask may remain on skin for up
to 15 minutes. Remove mask with tepid water.
NOTE: For sensitive skin, may mix with equal
parts Milk Mask.
OPTIONAL: While client is in mask, this is a perfect
time to do an upper neck and shoulder massage.

Body and massage for desired time.

Let our Tranquility Stress Relief Facial and Massage be your imaginary letters.
This soothing, relaxing experience is all about massage. Every step incorporates
massage – it only takes good product and great hands to make an unforgettable
facial.
Offer your clients a drink mint or lemon water.
While standing, have them close their eyes and
gently breathe in and out a few times.
“Sometimes the most important thing in a
whole day is the rest we take between two deep
breaths.”- Etty Hillesum
Say to them – “Now anytime throughout your day
– sitting or standing – a moment of rested eyes
and focused breath will be your mini power nap.
(This applies to us as well.)
On the Table: Lay warm hands for winter and cool
hands for summer on the shoulders – this is where
tension is held. “We carry the weight of the world
on our shoulders.” You want to begin to lift that
away.
Move hands to sternum – hold hands to each side
of the breast with fingertips ending at sternum
for 1-2 minutes; keeping one hand on sternum
move the other to the same location only on the
back. Hold for a moment and remind your client
of gentle breathing. Bring hands up to shoulders
again and do gentle vibration. Lift away hands
and prepare to cleanse skin.
1 Cleanse with a mixture of Citrus Gel Cleanser
Skin Preparation
and Gentle Milk Cleanser using gentle effleurage
movements – steam is recommended.
Cleanse the entire face, neck, and décolleté area–
use all of the hands and flow in full movements
capturing all of the skin to hairline, ears and
around the throat/shoulders.
Rinse the skin with 4” x 4” gauze that is very
warm – rinse several times. Follow with gentle
tapotement to allow skin to completely dry.
Application
2 Enzyme
Apply a generous amount of Derma Peel and
massage into skin for up to 10 minutes. Mixture
will start out a gel, becomes watery, and then
forms fine granules that bond with skin cells and
lift away.
Wrap face in a heated, wet compress. (Good
time to provide some aromatherapy by having
clients breathe in soothing, calming essential oils
such as lavender.)
Remove towel wrap and rinse Derma Peel with
warm gauze. Gently pat skin dry.
Application
3 Nourishment
Have RAW Massage Oil heated and ready
to go. Mix together – 2 drops of Antioxidant
Cont.

Remember, touch is one of the great healing instruments. The evolution of
human touch therapy is now considered a sophisticated art and science. The
upper torso, shoulders, neck, and facial muscles hold much tension and stress.
The Tranquility Stress Relief Facial and Massage was created to offer clients a
way to escape for a brief time from their chaos and at the same time give skin
a healthy dose of nutrients.
Cont.
Complex Serum and Hydra Complex Serum
and add to the base of heated RAW Massage
Oil.
Begin full face/neck massage including eye
massage:
Apply to face and neck and moisten hands with
a small amount of Omega 6 EFA. Begin to
work mask into skin with gentle circular massage
movements – then wrap face with a heated
compress.
While in compress – prepare body massage
cream to do an upper neck and should massage
including arms. Use heated RAW Massage Oil
and Exotica Rhodiola Body lotion.
1. Hand Movements – Begin at back of Neck
2. Move to front of Neck and massage upward
3. Move to Ears
4. Move from low ear point to chin – spread
fingers
5. Work up to High Cheek Bone and end in
hairline of Temple
6. Walk into Temple region and hold gently
7. Slide in under Eye area and up to Forehead

Preparation
1 Skin
Prepare steamer if available.
Begin first
phase cleanse with Gentle Milk Cleanser.
Work into skin well. Rinse with warm water and
4” x 4” gauze at least two times. Pat skin dry.
Second phase cleanse with Citrus Gel
Cleanser. Lather and massage into skin for
several minutes. Rinse well with warm water and
4” x 4” gauze. Pat skin dry.
Application
2 Enzyme
Mix a few drops of Skin Smoothing Gel with
a small amount of Derma Peel and apply evenly
to skin. Begin circular massage on face and neck;
continue to do this for up to 10 minutes. The
mixture will begin to lift away the surface skin
cells. Rinse with warm water and a soft cloth –
do at least 2 rinses to be sure that all of the peel
mixture has been removed. Gently blot skin dry.
Second phase enzyme application; start steamer
if available. Apply an even amount of Cherry
Jubilee Enzyme to face and neck. Leave on for 10
minutes. Remove with warm water and pat skin dry.
OPTIONAL: Extractions may be done at this
time.
3 Create a specialty cocktail by mixing a few drops

for more acne/oily skins); brush evenly on face
and neck. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Lay
4” x 4” damp gauze on upper and lower portion
of face, wrap face in a heated, wet compress.
Mix equal parts of Exotica Rhodiola Body and
Grape Seed Hydrating Serum. While client is in
mask, massage upper body (arms, neck, shoulders). Remove mask with warm water and gauze that
was on the face. Do a few rinses to completely
remove. Pat skin dry.
Application
5 FINISHING
Spray a 2” gauze with Purifying Lotion and
apply to skin. For additional cooling and calming
effect, may roll chilled Ice Globes across skin for
several minutes. (Ice massaging is a great way
to end the treatment.)
Follow with Peptide 3-N-1 Eye Cream and
Amino Peptide Moisturizer. Finish with
Daytime Defense SPF30 or eZinc Protection

Preparation

Cleanse skin with Citrus Gel Cleanser and
Gentle Milk Cleanser blended for a creamy,
soothing lather. Begin a vapor of steam while
cleansing. Remove with wet, warm gauze.
Smooth a few drops of Grape Seed Hydrating
Serum over face, neck and eye area; lay two 4”x 4”
gauze on skin. Wrap face with a warm, wet diaper
or soft cotton cloth for several minutes working
onto skin with hands. Lift away towel and wipe oil
from eyes and face with warm, wet gauze.

2 Enzyme
Apply Pepsin & Papain Enzyme to skin with
soft brush. Continue with steam or use a heated
compress once enzyme is on the skin. If a heated
compress is used – occlude skin with cellophane
and wrap with a hot towel for 5-7 minutes. (Be sure
to ask if client is claustrophobic and leave mouth
and nose area open). If a vapor of steam is used –
steam for 10 minutes. The enzyme may be gently
worked into skin with fingertips while on the skin.
Breathing in more essential oils at this time is
soothing and holding pressure points on the
sternum and upper back area. Remove the
enzyme with warm, wet gauze. Two rinses are
recommended. Feel the skin with hands to be
sure it is smooth and soft.

OPTIONAL: PHASE TWO Exfoliation - apply 20%
L-Lactic Acid with 2” gauze. Work into skin with
fingertips to smooth and soften skin further. Let this
remain on the skin for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove
with tepid water. For milder acid application, use
a 10% AHA such as Skin Smoothing Gel.
NOTE: Omit this step if skin is sensitive or delicate
or is AHA sensitive.
OPTIONAL: Extractions
This is an optional step and depends on the skin.
This treatment is considered an ultra hydration
refresher treatment and generally extractions are
minimal.

Apply to skin in layers – 3 drops of Therapy E

Cleanse skin thoroughly
with Pumpkin
Cleanser. A pump of Gentle Milk Cleaser may be
mixed with Pumpkin Cleanser to create a creamy,
soothing lather. Rinse skin with warm water and
gauze pads. Blot skin dry.
Gentle Milk Cleanser may be used on its own to
gently cleanse eye area.For eye tissue support,
dot a small amount of Peptide 3-N-1 Eye Cream
around eyes.
Application
2 Enzyme
Remove 1 tsp. of Derma Peel from container
and apply to face and neck. Begin to massage into
skin – the gel will begin to liquefy. Continue to
work into skin for 5 minutes or until granules form
on the skin. Rinse with warm water and gauze.
Two rinses are recommended. Pat skin dry.
Apply a layer of Cherry Jubilee Enzyme to skin
using a soft brush. Massage skin with enzyme for
5 minutes, a light vapor of steam may be used.
Rinse enzyme from skin with tepid water, continue

to each nail and work into cuticles. Wear gloves
during this step and be sure to release pressure

Pump Peel Cream onto client’s hands and
work into skin well. Keep the attention on top of
hands and around nails. Wrap hands in a heated,
wet towel and let remain for 5-10 minutes. Remove

apply Bio Reform 28 to hands and begin a firm,
deep massage. Work repair cream in until almost
gone. Finish massage with Phyto-Endorphin Hand

Gently pat skin dry to not leave cream too heavy
on skin prior to client leaving. If done during a
facial and there is time – let cream remain and it
will absorb on its own.

Liquid Enzyme Peel evenly to skin. Leave on skin
for 3-5 minutes. Remove with heated compress.
Wearing gloves, saturate 4”x 4” gauze with 25%
AHA Gel and apply with firm pressure. Let remain
on skin. Do not remove.

Preparation
1 Skin
Cleanse skin well using Citrus Gel Cleanser,
Antioxidant Complex Serum and Drop Of
Essence hydration Drops.
Citrus Gel Cleanser (or)
Beta Green Tea Cleanser (or)
Pumpkin Cleanser
Beta Green Tea Cleanser or Pumpkin Cleanser
depending on skin type. Rinse with tepid water
and 4”x 4” gauze.
Massage cocktail into skin gently to increase
circulation.
Brightening Scrub
For a second phase cleanse, apply Brightening
Scrub to face and neck. With damp hands, gently
massage into skin for several minutes. Remove
with damp 4”x 4” gauze pads. Several rinses
may be required. Brush away any excess beads
with dry gauze before beginning next phase of
treatment. Be sure scrub is completely removed
and pat skin dry.

Remove 1 tsp. of Derma Peel and apply to
face and neck. Smooth into skin evenly – let set
on skin for 30 seconds and then begin manual
massage using fingertips to work gel into skin.
Continue massage - mixture will change texture,
forming a granular gommage.
Wrap face in heated compress the last few
minutes or steam skin with steamer. Remove in
10 minutes with warm water and soft gauze. Pat
skin dry. Spray skin with Cucumber Spritz and
lightly tap in.

Create a specialty cocktail: acne-prone skin-
apply Antioxidant Complex Serum and Hydra
Complex Serum or dry, dehydrated skin - apply

Give mommy the choice of Milk
Mask,
Rosemary Basil Mask or Grape Seed Parfait
Mask depending on fragrance preference and
skin type. Brush evenly onto face and neck. Lay 4”
x 4” gauze on face that is slightly damp and cool –
roll Ice Globes over face for several minutes.
OPTIONAL: Wrap face in heated compress if
mommy’s skin is not sensitive.
During mask application, massage neck and
shoulders with RAW Massage Oil or Exotica
Rhodiola Body lotion and Omega 6 EFA.
Remove mask in 10-15 minutes with warm water
and soft gauze. Blot skin dry.

5 Finishing
For acne-prone skin, smooth a small amount
of Blemish Serum on congested and problematic
areas. For dry, dehydrated skin, smooth a few
drops Sea Gems into skin.
Next, gently press a few drops of Antioxidant
Complex Serum over face and neck followed by
a layer of Moisture Au Lait or Exotica Rhodiola.
Finish with Daytime Defense SPF30.
