Aero are quite simply

AeroBowls are the makers of the world’s
most accurate bowls. Aero are the
largest selling bowl in Australia and New Zealand.
We wanted to manufacture bowls where every bowl
of the same model is exactly the same. Something
that had never been achieved by any previous
manufacturer with any consistency.
After extensive worldwide research we acquired
the world’s most precise digital lathes and sourced
polishing equipment used on Rolex Watches. We
also sourced a specially formulated and exceptionally
durable paint that we apply by hand to every bowl.
The Aero testing table is housed in a climate controlled
room in our Sydney factory and every bowl is tested
for accuracy before leaving the premises.

In Australia and New Zealand, Kelvin Kerkow oam,
Brett Wilkie, Aron Sherriff, Shannon McIlroy, Val Smith,

uneven greens.

Every Aero set is a custom made set, our 7-axis lathe works to tolerances
of 4 figures, microns, and only we can make a claim and GUARANTEE
that your set is perfectly matched and that your set is the same as any set
of the same model.
AeroBowls are the world’s most advanced manufacturing unit for bowls
and our processes are fully approved by World Bowls. Our designs and
manufacturing techniques carry numerous patents. No testing table is as
accurate as the machine your AeroBowls are made on.
We guarantee 100% your set complies with the master bowl minimum
bias provided to us by World Bowls Ltd and any adjustment by a licensed
tester of a new set of our bowls will change the bias of our bowls which
are made to an accuracy of better than 1/1000mm.

placed ZIG ZAG grips give excellent
reference for effective handling of the
bowl without biting into fingers.
Besides the stunning appearance the

Weights
We stress that it is not possible to give an exact weight
that will match every colour and model we make. No
manufacturer can. However, slight variances in weight
between sets make no difference to the performance of the
bowls during play.
AeroBowls will vary by no more than between 0 and 3gm
in a set. We use a material called Melamine to make our
bowls, from the same manufacturer that all brands use. The
shape of an Aero will be comfortable in the hand providing
exceptional stability for all conditions on the green.
Aero can provide bowls in certain colours in extra heavy
weight. Extra heavy is only recommended in WA on hard
greens and excessive wind areas.
