So much flavour for so few ProPoints values! 14 Toffee coffee dessert cakes ProPoints values per cake | makES: 10 Prep: 20 mins | Cooking time: 15 mins 3 tsp instant coffee granules 50g Weight Watchers Canola Spread ½ cup (110g) firmly packed brown sugar ▲ 2 eggs ▲ 1⁄3 cup (80ml) skim milk 1¼ cups (185g) self-raising flour 2 x 28g Weight Watchers Rich Toffee Bar 1 cup (250ml) skim sweetened condensed milk 1 tbs cocoa powder, sifted Filling & Healthy Foods are marked with a green triangle. These foods help fill you up and keep you healthy. n ew n ew 1 Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Spray 10 holes of a 12-hole (1⁄3-cup/80ml capacity) muf f in tin with oil. Combine 2 teaspoons coffee with 2 tablespoons boiling water in a bowl. Set aside. 2 Using electric beaters, beat Weight Watchers Canola Spread and brown sugar in a bowl until thick and creamy.
