Recipe Request
As part of Auburn Primary’s 125 Year Celebrations we are creating a cookbook that will celebrate our history,
our children and our baking traditions. The cookbook will be both a wonderful memento for the children and
a fundraiser for the year.
We want to include a photo of all our students and to meet current privacy laws we need your written
authorization to do this. Please complete and return the permission forms that were sent home last week so
that we can include a photo or a piece of artwork from your child. We will be taking photos during May so
please let one of us know if your children will be unavailable during this time and we will make alternative
arrangements.
If you have any historical information, or something special, that could be included in the book please let us
know.

Please tell us where the recipe came from, even if it’s from a much loved recipe book or magazine. Feel free
to add a comment on why this recipe is special to you and your tips about the recipe. Remember to include
the recipe title, comments, serving size, ingredients, method and your name. Please note that recipes may be
edited for the purpose of consistency and not all recipes may be used. Recipes that best reflect the book as a
whole will be chosen.
We are using a company that specialises in producing cookbooks for schools and organisations. Please use

Alternatively, we have put some hard copies of the recipe request form in the school reception and you can
submit a hand written copy to the office.
Please ensure that all recipes are submitted no later than Friday 9th May, 2014.
