Copy and Contract Regulations:
All copy and advertisements are subject to approval of the Convention Committee. Committee approval shall not relieve advertiser of its obligation to defend and indemnify as provided: Emailed photos in PDF, TIF or JPG formats are preferred. Otherwise, photos must be glossy
finished. (Resolution 300 DPI Minimum). All payments and materials must be received by the deadline May 22, 2015 for guaranteed placement in album. The advertiser agrees to protect, defend and indemnify AHEPA, AHEPA District17, AHEPA Chapter 184 individual members,
Convention Album Committee and publisher against any claim based on libelous statements, unauthorized use of photographs or other material, or any other matter based on or used within the advertiser's ad. Submitted items will not be returned.
