Pre-registration for members is $140 through June 30 and $160 after June 30.
Each person registering must complete a separate form. Send to: AHSGR, 631 D St., Lincoln, NE
68502. Payment must accompany this form and must be made in U.S. funds. Your canceled check or credit
card statement is your receipt. Registration for the convention includes the Saturday banquet.
