NOTE :
2.
DOCUMENTATION
Candidates required to report to AIHM & CT on 18 June /19 June 2015 at
1000hrs for documentation alongwith Parents. The candidate must bring the
following certificates, in original along with
“Certified True Copy” in
quadruplicate (preferably photostat copies duly attested) and submit all the
certificates to this Institute at the time of admission:(a)
SSC certificate & Passing certificate of X standard or equivalent
examination from a statutory board.
(b)
Statement of Marks of XII standard or equivalent examinations
from a statutory board.
(c)
Eleventh Standard Marksheet.
(d)
Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority. This
certificate is mandatory as per Bangalore University regulations.
(e)
Birth certificate, if date of birth is not given in sub serial (a) and (b)
above.
(f)
School/ Institute leaving certificate (after qualifying examination).
(g)
Character certificate of good moral character from last School/
Institute attended.
(h)
Migration certificate, in case you have passed
examination other than from Bangalore University.
(j)
10 copies of passport size photographs in shirt and tie.
(k)
After having passed in the qualifying examination, if there is a gap
between the period of college/ Institute last attended and joining
AIHM & CT Bangalore, you have to submit an affidavit, executed
before a Magistrate on a stamp paper of requisite value, as
applicable, stating that you have not joined any course of studies
during the said period in any other statutory University/ Institute.
(l)
Dependent card vide Army Order No 74 / 75, 120 / 80, should be
produced on joining date.
(m)
Serving Certificate or Discharge book and PPO of parents.
(n)
Medical Certificate. A medical examination certificate with original ECG
report duly attested by the RMO/MO of nearest MH will be brought by
the student.(Appx ‘F’)
(o)
Details of parents with email id. (Changes in address/telephone
Nos/Mobile Nos must be intimated on priority by the parents).
(p)
UNDERTAKING BY STUDENT & PARENTS IS COMPULSORY for
HOSTEL AND ACADEMICS (2 each).

Note :
1.
University registration / examination fee is subject to revision as per
University norms.
2.
The Institute reserves the right to change the Hostel fee subject to increase as
per requirement.

Rs 15,000/- paid for registration will be adjusted with the tuition fees.

MODE OF PAYMENT
1.
Security Deposit, Annual Fees, One Time Payment incl uniform fee
(kitchen kit, City familiarization tour visit, ID card etc) to be paid by DD in
favour of Institute Fund, AIHM & CT, payable at Bangalore. (Rs 1,62,602/Incl security deposit).
2.
Hostel Fees by DD in favour of Hostel Fund, AIHM & CT payable at
Bangalore. Rs 28,600/-.
3.
Advance for mess charges @ Rs 2,800/- per month amounting of Rs 28,000/in favour of AIHM&CT Students Mess, payable at Bangalore.
