Mitch is the Chief Operating Officer of Ice Miller LLP, a 300 lawyer Firm with offices in Illinois,
Indiana, Ohio and the District of Columbia. Mitch is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the Firm including finance, technology, human resources, knowledge
management, recruiting, and business development as well as the Firm's business affairs. He
also serves as an ex-officio member of the management committee, the strategic planning
committee and various other committees of the Firm. Mitch is responsible for all of the
Firm's offices across the Midwest and manages 350 administrative personnel who support
the Firm's 300 lawyers. Mitch joined the Firm in 2008.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Mitch held the office of executive director for Greenbaum Doll and
McDonald, a large law firm based in Louisville, Ky. While there he served as a key member
of the executive committee and as a chief advisor to the Firm's chairman. Before joining Greenebaum, Mitch was the
chief financial officer for Thompson and Knight, a law firm based in Dallas, Texas.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. Mitch is also an
active member of the Association of Legal Administrators acting in various leadership positions.

Although there will be no additional cost for the monthly luncheons under the Tier 2 Membership, we still
ask members to register for each meeting to ensure we get an accurate headcount for food orders.
Cancellations will need to be made 24 hours in advance of the event in order to avoid a $20.00 noshow charge.
