The buyer gets an attractive site at a price which is hard to beat. The deal includes: 1. Design of five root pages: Home Page, About Us, Products, Portfolio, and Contact Us (pages need not be named exactly so), plus up to 20 additional pages. 2. Domain name registration and hosting for a period of one year. 3. Promotion of your site to search engines. 4. One year’s maintainence and modification. 5. Instruction in how to update content. STAGE ONE: You supply to content. This may include text and images, including a logo if you have one, introduction to your business, and description of products or services. STAGE TWO: I prepare samples of how your site will look for you to choose from. Should there be none to your liking, you can point out their shortcomings, and I will prepare another set. When you have chosen a design you like, I prepare all the pages. STAGE THREE: Your domain name is registered and hosting booked. Domain names are subject to availability, so again, you may be given a number of alternatives to choose from if your first choice is not available. STAGE FOUR: Files are uploaded to the hosting server, and your site goes live. Submissions are made to search engines so that your site can be easily found. STAGE FIVE: Minor changes and modifications to the site can be made for no extra charge for the first year. Should you wish to upload updated files yourself yet not be familiar with the process, I can instruct you on how to do so. P ayment is either through a one-time payment before project commences, or alternatively 50% down, with the remaining 50% payable when the site goes online. There are no on-going charges, apart from the hosting and registration fees, which are included in the fee for the first year, and NT$2,000 per year thereafter (the customer may also change the host and registrar after the first year, if desired).
