Madison – Bouckville BIG FIELD Antiques Show
The BIG FIELD at Madison-Bouckville continues in it’s original concept and format!
held on the Original BIG FIELD of the Madison-Bouckville Antiques Show, RT. 20,Bouckville , NY 13310
Friday August 14 - Sunday August 16, 2015
Hours: Early buying: Fri. Aug 14, 8 AM - Noon; General admission: Noon - 5 PM; Sat. Aug 15, 8 AM - 5 PM; Sun. Aug 16, 9 AM - 5 PM
Exhibitor setup and registration:
Thursday August 13, 8AM - 8 PM; Friday August 14, 6AM - 7AM.
Absolutely no selling on Thursday. Thursday is to be used for exhibitor setup only. No Exceptions!
Those wishing to retain their previous years’ booth location must reserve space by April 1st 2015
Reservations will only be accepted with 50% deposit of booth fee for the space that you have indicated below.
Balance is due on or before July 14th, 2015 Please make checks payable to: Allman Promotions LLC.

The undersigned agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Exhibitor must be in place at shows opening and remain in place all hours of the show, positively no early packing.
2. Exhibitor shall not assign or sublet all or any part of said space.
3. Space is to be used for the selling of antiques and collectibles only. Management reserves the right to remove any items they deem not appropriate to the show.
4. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all municipal, state or federal laws in connection to the sale of items and must have a valid NYS tax number.
5. Exhibitor agrees to pay for any damage to grounds, tents or goods caused by him or herself or any of their employees and helpers.
6. By acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases Allman Promotions LLC, Judith and Stephen Allman, their employees and
helpers and ETC Events LLC, of and from any loss to any person or goods for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to tent and weather
related problems. In the event that the show cannot take place. Exhibitor agrees to hold the above parties harmless.
7. Porters are available on a tip basis, the use of which is at the users own risk. Allman Promotions LLC will not be liable for any loss incurred by
their use.
8. Exhibitor agrees not to sell any merchandise before Friday August 14 at 8 AM, when early buying begins.
9. Exhibitor agrees to leave their space in good order with no trash or debris left behind.
10. All vehicles must fit within booth space or be parked in our exhibitor parking area. All big tent booth parking will be in exhibitor
parking areas. No driving on the field during show hours, please keep aisles free of vehicles.
11. Exhibitor cancellations must be received before July 14, 2015 to have all but $50.00 returned, booth fee is otherwise forfeit.
12. Exhibitor must have liability insurance for any vehicle brought onto the premises.

Advertising in directory: Business card : $25. ( 2” x 3 ¼”) / Double card $40. / ¼ pg $100.

card or black & white mock- up for composing larger ad and description of merchandise. For free directory listing, please list specific types of
antiques you will be bringing to the show. Deadline is July 14.
