July 24, 9 AM - Noon; General admission: Noon - 4 PM; Saturday July 25, 9 AM - 5 PM; Sunday, July 26, 9 AM - 4 PM Exhibitor setup and registration: Thursday July 23, 9 AM - 5 PM; Friday July 24, 7AM - 9AM. Absolutely no selling on Thursday. Thursday is to be used for exhibitor setup only. Those wishing to retain their previous years’ booth location must reserve space by March 31st 2015 Reservations will only be accepted with full booth fee for the space that you have indicated below. Exhibitor must be in place at shows opening and remain in place all hours of the show, positively no early packing. 2. Exhibitor shall not assign or sublet all or any part of said space. 3. Space is to be used for the selling of antiques and collectibles only. Management reserves the right to remove any items they deem not appropriate to the show. 4. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all municipal, state or federal laws in connection to the sale of items and must have a valid NYS tax number. 5. Exhibitor agrees to pay for any damage to grounds, tents or goods caused by him or herself or any of their employees and helpers. 6. By acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases Allman Promotions LLC, Judith and Stephen Allman, their employees and helpers and Onondaga County Parks, of and from any loss to any person or goods for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to tents. In the event that the show cannot take place. Exhibitor agrees to hold the above parties harmless. 7. Porters are available on a tip basis, the use of which is at the users own risk. Allman Promotions LLC will not be liable for any loss incurred by their use. 8. Exhibitor agrees not to sell any merchandise before Friday July 24 at 9 AM, when early buying begins. 9. Exhibitor agrees to leave their space in good order with no trash or debris left behind. 10. Firearms for sale or display are prohibited by park law and may not be brought into the park. 11. Exhibitor cancellations must be received before July 1, to have all but $50.00 returned, booth fee is otherwise forfeit. 12. Exhibitor must have liability insurance for any vehicle brought onto the premises. Return by March 31 2015 to retain previous years’ booth location.
