RESULTS
Players A move six clear in division one.
They despatched Linley Ballers 9-1, taking their
chances. Steve Eaton 8-balled in the final frame on
a night where any unlucky rolls they had.
Crompo’s played out a thrilling draw at Radway,
the hosts third in a row. They lead 4-0, were down
5-4 and both sides hit the angle on middle pocket in
the final frame going for doubles.
Cricketers had Players B in a spin to register their
first win, 7-3 in the battle of the promoted sides.
Dishers and Swan played out a draw.
Swan left to pick up the pieces in division two.
Nuts N Bolt dismantled the Bignall End outfit 7-3
away to replace them at the top.
Linley remain undefeated and are third with a 6-4
win against Oak.
Thistleberry won 6-4 at luckless Lion but lost by the
same score at The Oak in their outstanding match
on Thursday.
Improving Britannia lost their unwanted 100% tag
with a draw against Kings.
Nomads win 6-4 again in division three.
Crown & Thistle were the latest team to succumb to
our faultless leaders.
Red Street let a 3-1 lead slip in a very close game as
Broughton chalked up their third draw.
Workies remain third, edging past improving Barrel
6-4.
Nothing separated Swan and Labour, the latter still
looking for that elusive first win.
Radway labour in vain in division four.
The Kidsgrove outfit’s 6-4 puts them back on top,
alphabetically!
Queens are just four adrift following their third win
on the bonce as they defeated Sandpiper 7-3.
It was good news for Butchers as their B team came
away from Clough Hall 8-2 winners.
The A opened up their account without lifting a cue
as Alsager Arms did not show.
