This proposed project would provide local citizens and national visitors with a safe and physical activity option for accessing one of our greatest National Parks. America Walks, is a national nonprofit organization that is leading the way in making America a great place to walk. We provide a voice for walking and walkable communities with federal agencies, work to cultivate state and local organizations and campaigns by providing strategy support, training and technical assistance and serve as the convener of the national Every Body Walk!
