PeaceWalkto DeterViolence spring2015 PCAV plans to host various Peace Walks throughout the Peoria area where criminal activity is known to occur. We will meet at a designated area and walk the neighborhood for approximately one hour. Our scheduled Peace Walks include; NOTE: Meet at 5:45 at designated area listed below; walk begins promptly at 6 p.m. Walk should last no more than one hour. One of the goals of the Peoria Community Against Violence (PCAV) is to help neighborhoods develop awareness and safety. Peace Walks, or Deterrence Walks, are a great way to show the community and neighborhood that violence will not be tolerated in Peoria. Violence has no place in a safe community.
