Further to your recent enquiry regarding our Meeting & Function facilities, please find
enclosed our package for your information.
We present this as our standard package and advise that other options can be discussed
to suit your group’s individual needs if required. We are able to cater for all
occasions, whether it’s for a sit down dinner, cocktail party, buffet menu or a simple
afternoon tea there is a menu to suit your needs, with our bar providing a great
selection of beer, wines and spirits.

Our special group menus are applicable to all groups of 10 or more persons
All dishes are taken from our very extensive ‘a la carte’ menu
You may select from our 3 course menus, our lunch only menu or our tapas style menu
These menus are priced accordingly and are not inter-changeable
We require your choice of Menu at least one week prior to your booking
Coffee/tea servery is available at $3 per person
Vegetarian and other dietary needs are available upon request
Children 5 to 12 years - a minimum of $25.00 each for 2 courses
Wedding menus priced from $55 per person (supplied on request)
No other discounts apply
We would be happy to quote for extra courses on your menu ie.: Canapés, Cheese
Platters etc
Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per person is payable as confirmation of all
bookings
• The deposit is payable within 7 days of the booking being made
• A tax invoice for your deposit is provided
• We are not obliged to hold a booking if the deposit is not paid by the due date
• For your convenience payment of your deposit by credit card is accepted by phone
• Final numbers must be confirmed at least one day prior to your booking
• Your deposit will be deducted from your account based on your confirmed numbers
• We reserve the right not to issue refunds for “No Shows”
• There is no refund of the deposit for private room bookings if the booking is
cancelled less than one month prior to the booked date, and we are unable to rebook the room
Final Account Payment
• Must be finalised on the day of the function
• Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for Diners Club & American Express credit

Only one itemised account is issued per table, no individual account payments are

Anchorage Cafe Restaurant Wine Bar is fully licensed and stocks an extensive wine
cellar. We do not accept BYO for functions.
