Beach chairs are available to rent from the Beach Rentals cart

Can I reserve parking for my guests?
Courtyard or View Deck Tables & Chairs
• Public space is available on a first come, first served basis
• There is no charge for use of public space; no more than 4 tables
and 16 chairs may be grouped together. *More rules below

3. Beach House Rules
For the safety and enjoyment of all Beach House

Attaching signage/decor to railings/walls/trees

Securing bikes to railings (bike racks are available)
Riding bikes/scooters/Segways in courtyards/walkways
Moving Beach House umbrellas
Personal canopies/umbrellas/tables/chairs in courtyard/walkways
Setting up more than 4 personal canopies
Canopies larger than 12'x12'
Furniture deliveries from rental companies
Full, non-refundable payment by credit card required for all reservations.
Same day reservations not available. Reservations only available online.

Group parking reservations are not available.
In the summer, limited individual parking reservations are available
online up to 3 days in advance. Each guest may make a parking
reservation for 1 vehicle. Parking reservations are held until 11am.
Parking reservations are not available during non-summer season.
Park & Pay
The majority of parking spaces in the Beach House lot are available
on a first come, first served basis. Guests without parking reservations may purchase parking by the hour or for the day by noting
their space number and paying at the machine upon arrival.
More Parking Tips
The Beach House parking lot is busiest on weekends and Dollar
Splash Mondays - often filling to capacity. The lot is typically less
busy Tuesday through Friday.
If the Beach House lot is full, alternative beach lots include Lots 8
& 9 and the lot at Will Rogers State Beach; the bike path connects
these lots to the Beach House on the ocean side.
Can I have my party at the pool?
Because of the pool’s popularity and limited capacity, planning a
party at the pool is not ideal - especially on weekends.
We strongly encourage parties to utilize other site features.
Pool Reservations - for parties of 6 or fewer
Pool reservations may be made online 1 to 3 days in advance for up
to 6 guests. Limited reservations are available. Pool reservations
are held until 11am. After 11am, if a waitlist has begun, guests
checking in with reservations will be added to the waitlist.
Walk-up Pool Passes
Passes go on sale daily at 9:00am. Pool passes may only be
purchased for guests who are present at Guest Services. Passes
generally sell out quickly on weekends and Mondays. A waitlist will
be started when capacity is reached.

regarding the interpretation of any rules.

Summer Evening & Post Labor Day Rentals
We’re here to help! Stop by Guest Services and tell us where your
party will be, so we can send guests your way as they arrive.
