Sales Intern Sales Interns work alongside Store and Sales Managers to learn how to successfully execute our mission statement by helping customers create the home of their dreams. Interns will be trained in sales, accounts receivable, customer service, distribution center and more! Sales Interns will also be exposed to opportunities that will enhance their leadership skills. The Sales Intern position has potential to grow into a leadership position within our sales team. In-home presentations include: 3D floor plans, decorating plans, budgets, color, furniture, accessory and finish recommendations. Zone Manager Zone Managers support the Sales Manager with training new associates and performance management of the sales team. Zone managers are often people who love to sell, but also want to take on more responsibility. Sales Manager Sales Managers have an exciting opportunity to develop the sales team into product experts as well as develop themselves into future Store Managers. “It’s my job as a Sales Manager to bring out the best in the sales associates.
