Rate should be quoted both in figure & words on the Percentage basis ( i.e. AT PAR/ ABOVE/ LESS ) must be inclusive of every
demand.
The successful questioners after acceptances will have to execute a deed of contract In Dep’t. Form, which may be had from the office of
the Assiatant Engineer, Coochbehar Mechanical Sub-Division, P.H. Engineering Dte. Coochbehar on payment of usual prices & on production of
valid clearance certificate of Sale Tax, Professional Tax, PAN , Copy of valid Electrical License as well as Supervisor’s License etc. The formal
Tender Form duly filled in should be submitted within 07 (seven) days with requisite earnest money.
The intending quotationers must have sufficient experience for such type of work.
Those who will not be able to observe the time schedule need not to quote their rates.
