similar typeofworkand otherrelevantdocumentsare produced.
Tenders should be placed in sealed covers superscribing the Name of the work and N.LT No./SI. No. & Group etc.
Tenderers will have to satisfy the Assistant Engineer, Raiganj Sub-Division, with proof of their experience in such type of works
without which, no Tender papers will be issued.
Contract documents shall consist of :(i)
This Notice Inviting Tender.
(ii)
Schedule of work and specification.
(iii)
[WB.F. 2911/2911(i)/2911(ii))as relevant for this particular Tender.
Tender papers will be available from the office of the Assistant Engineer, Raiganj Sub-Division. P.H.E. Dte., on payment of usual
charges.
The rate is to be quoted on percentage(%) basis showing % Less/Above or At Par on the total estimated value of the work both
in figures and in words inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges whatsoever related to the work.
Before submitting any tender, tenderers are to satisfy themselves regarding local conditions by actual visit to the site and also
about the other allied matters for the execution of the said work.
Earnest money @ 2% is to be drawn and duly pledged in favour of the "Executive Engineer, Raiganj Division, P.H.E.
ote.", Uttar Dinajpur, if necessary and to be submitted with the tender as per following fonrn:Demand Draft on any Nationalized Scheduled Bank payable at Raiganj.
Tenderers will have to note that security deposit @1O% (ten percent) to be deducted from the progressive bill including eamest
money, if deposited from the total value of the work actually done by the successful Tenderer.
Tenderers who will sign in Tender paper on behalf of a company or finrn should also produce the registered documents in
respect of the company.
The Tendering authority does not bind himself to issue the Tender Fonrnto any applicant without assigning any reason thereof.
The tender accepting authority reserves the right to accept the lowest or any tender and also to reject in part or in full or any/all
the tenders received or to split up the work without assigning any reason thereof.
Unless otherwise specified by the department, the Tendered rate will remain open for acceptance for a period up to 3(Three)
months from the date of notice inviting tender.
Cess @ 1% will be deducted from the progressive bill as per G.O. No. 8S3-F Dt. 01.02.2006 and C.E.'s Memo No.
PHE/26S0/09/06, Dt. 12.10.2006.
The successful Tenderer must be registered under Building and other construction workers (RECS) Act. 1996. No work order will
be issued until the agency produces the certificate in respect of his registration.
Special Clause (if there be any), if the lowest rate offered by the Tenderer is not suitable, Table Bid will be held amongst the
participants which is depends upon the opinion of the accepting authority.
If any participant does not submit tender after issuing the tender papers or any tender submitted without eamest money (to
be treated as infonrnal), no tender paper will be issued in favour of the tenderer in future in both cases.
The intending tenderers are requested to submit any tender obeying the nonrnal rules & ethics as per nonrns and must follow
the terms & conditions as laid down in this notice.
