Exhibitor booths are INSIDE Pavilion I. • No set-up after 2 pm Friday, April 24. Exhibitors will unload south of Pavilion I and move to parking lots east of Pavilion I. There is no parking allowed inside the building. • Sales are only allowed Friday 6 - 9 pm & Saturday 9 am - 2 pm • Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning and returning their space to conditions prior to move-in. Any fees incurred to bring exhibitor space up to acceptable levels of the Lancaster Event Center will be charged to the exhibitor. • EXHIBIT MUST BE REMOVED BY 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25. • Ineligible exhibitor products: VENDORS MAY NOT OFFER PLANTS AVAILABLE at plant sale: 2015 Full plant list. These plants-- perennials, herbs, grasses, wildflowers, etc.--may NOT be sold by exhibitors. • Spring Affair sponsors reserve the right to restrict exhibits and/or items inappropriate for the event. • NO food or beverages for sale - LEC concessions are available. Food samples permissible if restricted to 2-ounce size. • Combustible products are not allowed on-site and NO BALLOONS are allowed at Lancaster Event Center. • Music/sound only at acceptable levels and by permission of sponsors. • Liability Clause and Insurance Information needs to be signed before the event. The 2015 liability contract will be posted as soon as it's available. No Cost 8’ banquet table $20 Chair $10 220 electric $125 110 electric No Cost Water No Cost Total Charge $________ Dividers, curtains, tables and chairs are NOT included in booth rental. _____ Unloading/loading requires use of large trailer Registration Cancellation by Participant • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee. • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund (April 3, 2015). • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. 2015 Spring Affair - Vendor Liability Form Please complete, sign and date the liability form below and return, along with your, “Certificate of Insurance" and contract, by March 20, 2015 to: Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, P.O. Box 830964, Lincoln, Nebraska 68583-0964 This Use Agreement is for the use of Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Inc. facilities by Business Name: ___________________, hereinafter called "USER." The USER will ensure that all activities at this event comply with state law, city ordinances and protect the health and life safety of all persons involved. The USER will provide the following additional insurance, naming the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Inc. as an additional insured: USER will provide prior to March 20, 2015 a “Certificate of Insurance" with general liability limits of at least $1,000,000, naming the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Inc. as additional insured and will be required to show evidence of financial responsibility by providing certificate of insurance of Worker’s Compensation Nebraska Statutory Coverage and Employers Liability coverage with a minimum limit of $500,000. The Workers Compensation policy shall include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Inc. as additional named insured. Failure to meet all contract requirements listed above will result in a $75 surcharge. By signature below the USER agrees to hold the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Inc. harmless from all claims or suits for bodily injury including death and for property damage arising out of use of space at the Lancaster Event Center in conjunction with the Spring Affair Plant Sale as per this agreement.
