Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference
Dear Potential Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference Exhibitor,
On behalf of the Planning Committee, we are excited for the upcoming 2015 Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference, a
joint conference between the Nebraska Arborists Association and the Nebraska Nursery and Landscape Association. The
Conference will take place at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Omaha, Nebraska on January 20-21. Included in this mailing,
you will find information regarding reserving a booth, sponsorship, directory advertisement and silent auction
donations.
We hope your company will consider being an exhibitor and/or sponsor this year. Specific vendor times have been built
into the schedule to facilitate increased traffic to vendor booths this year. All vendors will be located inside of the large
exhibit hall. You will be able to set up your booth on Monday evening from 4:00 – 8:00 pm or Tuesday morning from
7:00 am – 10:15 am. All items must be removed from the exhibit area by 3:30 pm on Wednesday, January 21.
The standard 8’x10’ exhibit booth will include one 8’ skirted table, two chairs and one I.D. sign. You may request that
your booth does not contain a table and/or chairs should you have equipment or other space needs. Please denote this
on your form. You are welcome to hang a banner in lieu of the I.D. sign. Also, if you have electricity needs for your
booth, please indicate that on your form as well. Booth selection will be determined on sponsorship levels, first come,
first served basis and educational booth selection.
Your company also has the opportunity to be a sponsor of the Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference. Four sponsorships
levels are available for your company to show your support: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The Platinum sponsor(s)
will have their logos featured on a giveaway for all attendees at the conference. If your company has an exhibit booth at
the conference, a great way to stand out is to become a sponsor. If you cannot attend the conference, a sponsorship is
a great approach to showcase your company and to show attendees that you support their organizations.
Another opportunity to promote your business is to advertise in the Nebraska Arborists Association and Nebraska
Nursery & Landscape Association’s Directory. This directory will be in the form of spiral-bound booklet that current
members, board members, exhibitors and suppliers will turn to throughout the year. You won’t want to miss your
chance to place your company’s ad and have your information viewed by current and potential customers.

group rate. To receive the conference rate of $79.00, your reservation must be made by Tuesday, January 6, 2015.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: The Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference must receive written notification of your
cancellation by December 12, 2014. Exhibitors will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
After December 12, 2014, no refunds will be given. In the unlikely event the Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference is cancelled due to
uncontrollable circumstances, your payment will be considered a donation to the NAA and NNLA.

The booklet will include NAA & NNLA board members, current membership listings, exhibitor
listings, and award information. This booklet is used throughout the year by association
members and exhibitors as a reference for suppliers and contacts in the industry. By placing
an ad in the directory, you can keep your company name visible and convenient for members
for the entire year. The directory will be an 8.5 x 5.5 spiral bound booklet. Ad deadline is

2015 AUCTION DONATION
Make a donation for the auction that will take place at the Conference. Proceeds from the
auction go toward scholarships. Please consider using this auction as an opportunity to
promote your products and services. Your company’s donation will be highlighted in the
2015 newsletter. Please include the retail price of the donation for our auction paperwork,
