Arbor Landing Morning Pool Rental Application

The pool is rented in conjunction with the clubhouse only. The renter will have sole use of the pool only
before regular pool hours begin. NO EVENT MAY LAST PAST THE TIME THAT THE POOL IS
SCHEDULED TO OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY. If any Guests of the Event wish to remain in the
pool area after the Event is concluded, they may do so only if an Arbor Landing resident presents a
Guest Pass or payment to the lifeguard for them. All Guest privileges expire when the event is
concluded, or when the pool is scheduled to open to the community, whichever occurs first.
The renter must contact the Arbor Landing office at least 2 weeks prior to the event, and must provide
accurate information regarding number of guests, to ensure sufficient lifeguard coverage.
All Pool Rules and Regulations must be followed or the lifeguards have the right to revoke pool usage
and terminate the Event. If the Event is terminated early due to failure to obey pool rules and/or
lifeguard instructions, NO refund will be given.
Arbor Landing Rental Fees:
Up to 30 guests
$25.00
Over 30 guests
$50.00
Fee is payable directly to Arbor Landing HOA.
Pool Management Company Lifeguard Fees:
Hourly Rate:
$25.00 per lifeguard hour
The total cost of the pool rental is determined by the number of guests and the length of the Event.
The renter must also contact the pool management company to arrange payment of the lifeguard fee.
