SEAT Architon TERMS & CONDITIONS Overview • SEAT, meaning ​

The Organiser​
”), organizes in Barcelona, a free contest without any obligation to buy, named SEAT Architon. The challenge​
: • The goal of this challenge is to permit different teams to create projects on the theme “Create SEAT’s New Digital Museum” in 48­hour straight using the Autodesk’s software called AutoCAD to win a prize pool. • At the end of the third day, a professional Jury, as stipulated below, will select the three top projects. ​
The first place project will be awarded with 5,000€, the second best project will be awarded with 3,500€, the third best project will be awarded with 1,500€. These reward will be pay by bank transfer 60 days after the winners announcement. What are the start and end dates? • This challenge will take place between 15 May 2015 at 1:00PM and 17 May 2015 at 6:30PM. Who may enter? A participant is eligible to enter if he/she meets the following requirements at the time of entry: ● The participant is at least 18 years of age. If the participant is under the age of 18, he should obtain his parent's or legal guardian permission to participate in the challenge. the organiser ​

its right to ask for the proof of this permission at any time during the challenge, in particular at the time of reward of the prizes and is entitled to cancel the participation of a minor participant if said permission is not supplied. ● The participant must be a resident from Spain or Germany. By registering, the participant agrees: ● To abide by all the Rules stated in this document. ●

To release and hold SEAT, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with the challenge or any prize won. To agree that all the organiser's decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to the challenge. To agree that all the Jury's decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to the challenge. That any photo or video containing his likeness or voice, as may be shot or filmed during the challenge, may be published by the organiser, in part or in full, with or without stating the participant's name, on any media, including but not limited to the organiser's website and or Facebook page, at the organiser's sole discretion. How to register and enter? • To participate in the challenge, participants will be able to register on the http://architon.bemyapp.com site as soon as the website is online until May 15th

Registration Period​
"). • The number of participants is limited and the organiser may close registration before the end of the Registration Period. • The organiser may prolong the Registration Period, at his sole discretion. • Each candidate can participate in teams or on his/her own. Each participant may only be a member of one team only. • After the end of the Registration Period (as set by the organiser), the non­approved participants shall receive a notification of their ineligibility in the challenge. General requirements for entries and participation Participants agree that their Project: • Will not include illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content; • Will not encourage the use of controlled substances, including but not limited to alcohol and drugs. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify, at his sole discretion, any project that does not meet the above­mentioned criteria. The Jury The jury for the semi final selection will be a selection of the organisers representatives. The final Jury will be comprised of representatives of the organiser’s, experts in the area, prominent industry figures and professionals in the media and digital industry. The Jury might change, at the organiser's sole discretion. If practical changes will be announced at least 24 hours before deliberation on the http://architon.bemyapp.com website. In the event of a conflict of interest a member of the Jury may disqualify himself from passing judgment on a particular team or participant. Such disqualification shall not affect the judging or review of the team or participant's submission. Progress of the Challenge On 15 May 2015, between 3:00PM and 5:00PM, every person whose registration has been approved by the organiser, will have 1 minute to pitch their Project idea with visual support. The conditions of the visual support delivering will be explained via email to the participants at least 24 hours before the event. This presentation is not a necessary condition to participate to the challenge. From 4:00PM to 7:00PM, teams will form. Starting at 4:00PM, the teams start to create their Projects until the end of the challenge, as specified here. On Sunday, 16th between 2:00PM and 4:00PM the 20 projects will be exposing their final presentation. A minimum number of participants per team is not imposed. A maximum number of participants per team is fixed at 3 people. Nevertheless, the organiser will not give more than explain at the prizepool item to any winning team. And the Winners are …. All the teams will present their projects to judges of the final selections. Each team will have 3 minutes to present it​
. From there, three projects will be selected as the bests ones based on the final score giving out with the criteria. The judges will evaluate projects based on the demo according to the following Judging Criteria, see below. In the event of a tie, judges will deliberate to determine the three winners. The Projects will be scored by the Jury on: Level of achievement, Level of final presentation, Overall feasibility, Feasibility and Brand equity quality criteria is equally weighted and represents 25% of the total score. ­ Level of achievement: Project’s completion according to what is needed by SEAT’s company in terms of structure and details about the project. ­ Level of final presentation: Deliver a simple and complete project in the final presentation. ­ Overall feasibility: The final project capability of being done and develop. ­ Brand equity: Project’s adaptation to SEAT’s values, according to what will be done at the company’s briefing session. The name of the winners will be announced by the Jury on 17 May 2015 between 3:00pm and 4:30PM. The winning teams will be also announced on ​

​ May 2015. Prize award The prizes of the challenge are the following: ● 1st​
​ prize: 5,000 euros (five thousand) for the best project; ● 2nd​
​ prize: 3,500 euros (three thousand five hundred) for the second best project; ● 3rd​
​ prize: 1,500 euros (one thousand five thousand) for the third best project. The cash prizes will be divided and distributed between the team members of the winning team through bank transfer within three (3) months after the end of closing event. Intellectual and industrial property Within the framework of the challenge, no assignment from the participants on any part of their exploitation rights and the property of their projects is required. However, the participants can propose to the organiser to acquire the rights for business purposes. The parties will have to formalize this transfer of right within the framework of a written agreement. During the challenge, participants will have to use as much as possible their own work and free of rights sources. Third parties elements, including open source software, must be clearly identified with their version as well as the applicable terms of license and any and all other details concerning their use. The participants are not allowed to publish, to communicate, to expose and to disclose, divulgate and represented the submitted project during one year after the end of the challenge on May 17th. Participants understand that this information is taken into account in the evaluation for the prize. The Project work shall, in no event, infringe in any manner or induce infringement of any third party intellectual property rights. Should the right from identified third party right owner not being commercially available, the Project work may not be qualified to win the prize. The participants authorize expressly the organiser, to publish, to communicate, to expose and to disclose, divulgate and represent the submitted Projects work verbally, graphically or in writing, on any medium, and by any mean, either present or future, for free, within the framework of this challenge. Litigation and civil liability The organiser is fully entitled to shorten, to extend, to modify or to cancel the challenge should circumstances so require without any liability; The organiser is fully entitled to disqualify a participant or a team who does not abide by the Rules or acts in any other way which is deemed inappropriate by the organiser; The organiser will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on­line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failure or malfunction, traffic congestion (whether physical, or on the Internet, telephone lines or at any service provider, website or other device or medium), or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems. The organiser is fully entitled to change the Rules at any time and without prior notice. However, the organiser will not change the Rules with regards to participant's intellectual property rights, without obtaining participants consent. Participants who are employees of a corporation, government agency, or an academic institution, are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with any policies their corporation, agency, or institution may have regarding participation in contests of this type. If the organiser has reason to believe that a participant violated any of those policies, the organiser reserves the right to prohibit the participant from participating in the Event or receiving a prize at any time. The organiser is not responsible for any disputes arising between a participant and his/her employer. Also, the organiser will not be held liable in case of litigation with companies responsible for offered prizes. Modifications or additions to the Rules may be published during the challenge in any case of force majeure events. They will be considered as appendices to the Rules.
