Who is eligible for the Scholarship Program?
The Arkansas Association of Realtist scholarship fund offers scholarships to minority students to
pursue a career in real estate or a business related field at a university, state or community
college, or a minority real estate trade association based in the Arkansas.
How Do Students Qualify?
To qualify for a scholarship:
• Student must be a senior currently enrolled in a local high school for at least two years
• High school students must have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 during grades
10 through 12 and demonstrate promise of continued academic achievement
• Provide three letters of recommendations
• Provide a recent photo
• All candidates must also document a need for scholarship assistance.

How Are Students Selected?
Students are selected for scholarships by the Arkansas Association of Realtist, Inc. based on their
educational achievements, community involvement, leadership skills, financial need and the ability
to follow the explicit instructions in the application. The scholarship recipient will be notified by
phone and a letter.
