Snake Alley Art Fair 2015 Application The Snake Alley Art Fair (SAAF) is held on the streets of Burlington’s Heritage Hill Historic District, North Sixth Street between Washington and High Streets including Snake Alley – the crookedest street in the world. The 2015 Fair is held in conjunction with the Burlington Steamboat Days Musical Festival on the Mississippi riverfront, bringing thousands of visitors to the area. The SAAF presents over 100 artist’s booths, strolling musicians, children’s activities and food & drink vendors. Iowa’s typical beautiful June weather makes this Father’s Day event a festive celebration for the estimated 10,000 patrons who stroll the fair each year.
