ORANGE ARTHRITIS NSW SUPPORT GROUP
Hi All
The warm water exercise hydrotherapy classes have begun at the pool at Dudley Hospital last week. Contact
Arthritis NSW on 1800 011 041 to find out more and to enrol.
The Orange Support group bi-monthly meetings have moved from the Aquatic Centre to the new venue at the
HACC building on the corner of Lords Place and March Street in Orange. This will be effective from our meeting
on the 1st June at 12.00pm. Please bring your lunch. Tea and coffee will be available. We will be required to
sign in or arrival at the Centre.

October Meeting
Calare Public School can offer us a special treat if we are prepared to meet on a Friday instead of our normal
Monday. Selected Children will show us around their Stephanie Alexander Garden, which they are very proud
of. The class will then prepare and cook a meal for us, using produce from the garden. We would be able to
watch/assist them if you would like. They will provide us with soup, salad, sweets and tea or coffee. The cost
would be $15 per person. I will need to know at our June meeting if you would like to take advantage of this
opportunity so final arrangements can be made. Numbers would be required closer to the date.
December Meeting
This will be our Christmas Dinner - venue to be announced.
