Established in July 2013, HSE Associates Asia Pte Ltd specialises in Safety, Rescue & Rope
Access Personnel Deployment. With a ready team of experienced personnel, we are ready for
deployment at a moment’s notice regardless of the project or task ahead. HSE has served
many Global Companies in the Marine, Oil & Gas and Construction Industries providing
deployment and consultancy solution via HSE Associates Asia’s services. Our major clientele

Yes, that is right. All Safety & Rope Access Personnel deployed to you are on our payroll.
This means that you do not have to go through the hassle or inconvenience of having to pay
salary for the deployed personnel after they have assisted you until completion. Once your
project is successfully finished, our personnel simply returns to us until you require their
services again.
3.25 We Manage Them for You
Many consultancies that deploy Safety & Rope Access Personnel will hire off the streets then
require you to babysit their men for the course of the project. Our personnel have all been
assessed to be independent so as to be assets to your project. But for day-to-day management
such as reporting, scheduling, project matters, extension, changes to your project
