PARKLANDS NORTH -‐ SALES BOOM CONTINUES …. Dave Macleod-‐Elliott, Sales Director of Aska Property Group reports that following a phenomenal 2014, the unprecedented demand for serviced plots in Parklands North continues, well into the second quarter of 2015! Last year, a total of 510 sales were concluded, representing a land sales value in excess of R 485million. The Parklands Joint Venture, comprising the landowners, Milnerton Estates Ltd. and the Aska Property Group (Pty) Ltd., advise that by August 2014, all sales records had been broken. The first four months of 2015 has been no different, with an additional 169 vacant erven being snapped up, equating to a further R 96,2m of land sales in the area.
