What are recommended guidelines?
For 19-64 year olds?
Two sessions of muscle strengthening activities and:
A) 2 ½ hours of moderate OR 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week
B) 4 hours of moderate OR two hours of vigorous activity per week
C) 5 hours of moderate OR 2 ½ hours of vigorous activity per week
For 5-18 year olds?
On three days per week these should involve muscle strengthening and bone
strengthening activities and:
A) 30 minutes of moderate and vigorous activity per day
B) 1 hour of moderate and vigorous activity per day
C) 10 hours of moderate and vigorous activity per week
