Atlanta Coyotes 2015 Summer Coaches
This marks the ninth year of the Coyote program and we have continued success because of the coaching staff.
The Coyote program has established a working partnership the leaders in lacrosse education Trilogy Lacrosse.
Several of our players have attended Trilogy events and this season our entire program will take part in the
Trilogy Masters Tournament. Trilogy was just named as the Education Partner of Major League Lacrosse. Six
of their Directors play in the MLL and several of them are World Team Players. Their expertise along with
Coach Corsetti’s knowledge and experience will help our current players become more fundamentally sound as
they continue their lacrosse careers. The Coyote coaches are picked by Coach Corsetti and Coach Halperin
based on their skill set and character.

Atlanta Coyotes 2014 Summer Coaches
Lou Corsetti – Coaching Director: Community Coach, Marist School and Coaching Director of
Atlanta Youth Lacrosse. Coach Corsetti is a member of the Georgia Lacrosse Hall of Fame and
nationally recognized speaker at the US Lacrosse National Convention for the last twelve years.
Coach Corsetti has been involved In the game for over 40 years. He played lacrosse at DI Marist College and
he directs the entire coaching program for the Coyotes summer and fall teams. Click here to see his bio

Andrew Halperin – Head Coach High School Coyote Team: Coach Halperin a certified lacrosse official
has been involved in the game of lacrosse since the 5 th grade. He is a sought after instructor and a top
notch coach if not for his officiating acumen Coach Halperin would be coaching at the High School level. He
was a three time captain of the Riverwood High School program and played his college lacrosse at

Jake Sciotto – Head Coach U11 Coyotes and Summer Camp Director: This marks Jakes fourth year with the
Coyote program. Jake helped Coach our U13, U15 and High School Teams Last summer as well as Team
Atlanta this past winter at the Dick’s Tournament of Champions. Jake helped coach the U13 team to a 6 th
place finish. Jake was a standout player at Alpharetta High School and went on to play at the University of
Georgia before a knee injury curtailed his playing career. Jake will be an assistant varsity coach at North
Forsyth High School this spring.
Buck Woodcox – Assistant Coach U11 Coyotes and Summer Camp Coach: Buck has coached with the
Coyote program for three years and will be taking the place of his older brother and Georgia Lacrosse
player Vance. Buck played high school lacrosse for Riverwood High School and was captain his senior year.
Buck was a versatile player in High School playing both attack and midfield as well as playing quarterback in
Football. A tough nosed player who gave every ounce of energy on the field.
Owen Penn - Assistant Coach U11 Coyotes. This will be Owen's first year coaching with the Coyote
program. Owen was a 4 year varsity starter at Holy Innocent's Episcopal School, where he played
Midfield and Attack. He is currently in his first year at Ole Miss, where he plays lacrosse and studies
chemical engineering.

Kevin Moran – Head Coach U15 Coyotes. Coach Moran has coached multiple teams at Atlanta Youth
Lacrosse supporting the program where his sons play. Kevin played Lacrosse at Division I Hofstra University
after a stellar High School career at James DeWitt in upstate New York.
Rob Smith – Head Coach U13 Coyotes: This will be Coach Smith’s first year coaching with the Coyote
program. He currently is the Head Coach of the U15 Riverwood Raiders. Coach Smith started the feeder
program for North Springs High School where he played HS lacrosse and went on to play for the University
of Georgia. Coach Smith and Coach Corsetti go way back to some of the early years of Atlanta Youth
Lacrosse.

Dave Regan – Assistant Coach U13 Coyotes: Coach Dave played DII Lacrosse at Southern New Hampshire
University in the New England 10 conference where he was a standout defenseman. Coach Regan is the
Defensive coordinator for the U15 Riverwood Raiders.
Bobby Fulton – Assistant Coach U15 Coyotes: This will be Coach Fulton’s fourth year coaching with the
Coyote program. He currently is the Captain of the DIII Hampden Sydney Tigers. Coach Fulton was a AllState player for the Wesleyan Wolves in Atlanta and be played for Coach Corsetti on several all-star teams.
He went on to a stellar career for Hampden Sydney as their top recruited player for their 2014 class. This
will be Coach Fulton’s last season with the Coyotes as he transitions to military life with the United States
Army Special Forces program

Conley Street – Assistant Coach U15 Coyotes, Summer Camp Director. Coach Street was an All-State
player for Coach Corsetti at Riverwood High School and is the all time leading scorer for the program. He is
currently playing DIII lacrosse at Sewanee University in Tennessee. The Tigers have made back to back
appearances in the NCAA playoffs. Coach Street will be working with the attackman and midfielders.
Jason Friedman – Goalie Coach. Coach Friedman was the defensive coordinator for Riverwood High
School the last five years before moving on to the Marist School. Coach Friedman was an All-American
at The Ohio State University and will coach Goalies.

Guest Coaches
Shaun Lux – Guest Coach and Offensive Specialist. Coach Lux is the Head Community Coach at the Marist
School and played for DII power Mercyhurst College. This will be Coach Lux’s third year with the Coyote
program and will be helping with faceoff and offensive players.
Kevin Lux – Guest Coach and Defensive Specialist. Coach Lux is an assistant Community Coach at the
Marist School and played for DIII St. John Fisher and NCAA playoff contender the last several years. This
will be Coach Lux’s third year with the Coyote program and will be helping with LSM’s and Defensive
players.
