which has satisfied thousands of customers since 1968.

At The Party Stop/Costume Corner, we offer you three floors of incredible party
and costume materials. From party tents/canopies, tables, chairs, games, wedding supplies, and catering equipment, to balloons, decorations, and paper supplies, we aim to meet your every party need.
The Party Stop/Costume Corner has the largest selection of rental and retail
costumes in the Northeast. In additional to the costumes we offer, we also have a
huge selection of costume and theatrical accessories, wigs, hats, masks, and even
a professional theatrical make-up department.
The most exciting party and costume store in the nation is The Party Stop/Costume
Corner, promoting special events and good times. Many of our customers inform

You can order everything over the phone with your credit card.
The Party Stop and its staff are constantly striving to offer the best service to you,
our valued customer. In doing so, we try to give you the most professional and
quality service possible to meet your special occasion needs.
Remember, our rental inventory is constantly changing.
If you need to rent something you don’t see in our brochure, please call us.

• Party Rental Policies •

Reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability. Reserve your
equipment as early as possible. Rental reservations must be paid for in advance.

A security deposit is required on some items. This must be cash or a blank charge
card voucher and is not refunded until completion of rental.

A non-refundable damage waiver of 10% is required on all rentals. This covers
any accidental damage to rental items and covers cost of cleaning and sanitizing.

Rates and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
H
Rates are based upon the time the customer picks up items to the time items are
returned to the store.

Delivery charges and terms are quoted upon request. Delivery charges are based
on ground floor delivery.

Charges are made for cleaning non-costume items that are returned soiled or for
damages not covered by damage waiver.

Rental period for party items: Friday anytime to Monday (before closing) or up to
48 hours.

Overtime charges are 25% of the rate for each additional day.

All rentals and rental reservations are final. If the rental item leaves the store, it is
a full rental.

We sell time. Your prompt return of equipment will save you money.

Equipment can be set up for customer with prior arrangement. Set-up charges in
addition to rental fees will be applied. All equipment must be stacked and ready
for pickup when driver arrives, or a labor charge will be assessed. Equipment is
to be returned clean, except for costume rentals. There will be a cleaning charge
if equipment is returned dirty.

Rental rate does not include sales tax or damage waiver charge.
Cancellation policy - For reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to
delivery or rental period (whichever comes first), a 25% service charge will be
deducted from refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or rental period
(whichever comes first) will result in a 50% refund.
Replacement cost will be assessed to the customer for any lost equipment. No
credit for linens returned unused. All linens will be inspected upon return. Please
do not place damp linens in sealed plastic bags.

light/heavy rain and cold. They are waterproof.
• Tent heaters are available during the colder
weather months.
• Provides space for 2 to 1,000 people.
• Professionally measured, planned and installed by our experts. We will be happy to visit your
location, measure the area and discuss with you an accurate estimate of your special event
needs at no obligation or charge.
• Free standing. Usually no center poles. Approximately 7-8 feet high at sides; 17-19 feet at
center peak.
• Three clear, white sides or French sides are included with rental.
• Installation can be done on blacktop or soil areas.
• Relieves stress and creates an atmosphere of excitement for your special event.
Tents for Weddings
The wedding ceremony can be beautifully done under a tent or canopy set with aisle runners,
stanchions, kneeling benches, candelabras, a wedding arch, fountains, dishes, glasses, tables,
chairs and other accessories. After the ceremony, your reception can take place under the tent
with very little rearranging on your part.
