About Speakers Philip Chong Philip is an Executive Director with the Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte Southeast Asia, leading the Governance, Regulation & Risk practice. This practice comprises of more than 100 professionals and provides enterprise risk management and IT governance services. Philip has over 26 years of experience in the industry and in recent years has led a number of leading edge business and IT management consultancy projects in Singapore and the region, ranging from the design and development of governance frameworks to risk management frameworks, enterprise value and portfolio management models. He has been personally involved in 20 enterprise risk and governance projects.
