one-number conference join for all meetings on your calendar. Avaya Engagement Assistant consults your
calendar, helps you select which meeting to join and seamlessly connects you to audio and video
conferences.

responsible for the installation, administration, and management of Avaya Engagement Assistant 3.0 Snapin. No prior knowledge is expected. This material is available at no charge to students.
