V-code (3 digits on back of Visa/MC.): Mandatory ______ A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation and the balance will be collected at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable. A valid credit/debit card number with expiration date and V-code must accompany your reservation. Avia is held harmless for any action, injuries or damage caused by anyone with the party or their actions during the run. All Avia vehicles are smoke free. No smoking is allowed. A charge of $300.00 will be charged if smoking takes place. There is a minimum of $250.00 cleaning fee if any passenger, in any way soils the interior of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to spills of red wine, soft drinks, mud stains, jello shots etc. If there is any damage done to our vehicle by anyone with the party, client agrees to be held liable for cost of repairs and will be charged to credit card on file. There is a $15.00 fee per drinking glass that is lost, broken or stolen. We reserve the right to end the charter at any time if anyone becomes disrespectful to person or property including being rude to driver or damaging Avia property. No refund will be given under this circumstance. If you run over your original end time you will be charged in 30 minute increments your original rate plus the gratuity of 20%.
