Mentorship Program Sponsorship Developing productive relationships, becoming engaged in positive networks, nurturing effective mentoring relationships, and building trust and reciprocity are hallmarks of strategic leadership of 21st century. Mentoring is an essential leadership activity and be it formal or informal, organic or facilitated, mentorship has long been a vehicle for building and shaping leaders. Mentoring initiatives can give opportunity for people to learn from one another in a meaningful way, can inspire personal mastery, and can be a rich developmental opportunity for organizations. Mentorship is a way to be a great leader, and to co-create great leaders. This mentorship program engages those about to begin their career in aviation (Youth Leaders), mid-career professionals (Emerging Leaders) and established leaders (Community Leaders) in the aviation community. This six-month pilot program connects triads of aviation professionals that are at different stages of their journey and provides opportunities for participants to learn, network, build leadership skills, attend events and get connected with the aviation community. By participating as a sponsor, your organization will benefit from exposure through social media campaigns and promotional efforts directed toward the aviation community, the leadership learning community and the general public.
