Company Profile.
Axess Media Group, an event production company has been organizing beauty pageants since 2000.
Mission & Vision
Emphasizing beauty, community service, style, and cultural appreciation, the Miss Hidalgo County Pageant is a
personal development opportunity for young ladies. The delegates who become part of the Miss Hidalgo County
Pageant gain confidence and poise in an increasingly competitive world. The pageant affords each delegate the
opportunity to grow and advance her personal goals while acting as a role model in her community.
Axess Media Group Royalty have done many hours of community service, donated toys, blankets and time to Mission
Hospital, Nursing Homes, Orphanages Homes, Driscol Hospital and many more. We have done city and beach clean
ups.” Our motto is "to give others the way God gives to you" and "treat others the way you would like to be treated".
Axess Media Group & VIP Productions
Is a non-profit organization founded in 2000 that produced The Heart of the Valley's Miss Donna Pageant. In 2003 the Miss
Hidalgo County Double Pageant was registered and the production took pride in their unique thematic pageant style. This was
the first production to award the winners with a $1000 dollar educational scholarship under the condition of obtaining a 4.0
GPA and we are proud that standards were raised for our ladies to make their education a priority and for other productions
to raise their scholarship amounts. In 2006 VIP Productions proudly welcomed little ones into the Miss Hidalgo County
Pageant and made this production their sole focus. But then in 2008 we welcome the Jr. Miss Texas Galaxy Pageant and
Miss/Teen South Texas Galaxy Pageant to our family we produced this titles for two years until our national director became
the national director of Miss U.S. International, it was then on 2011 that we became the official director of the TOP 3rd Pageant
System in the World, Miss Texas U.S. International and sister pageant Miss Texas American Beauty.

Dear Delegate:
Hello and welcome to the Miss Hidalgo County Pageant. Enclosed please find necessary information regarding this
spectacular event. I am sure you will find this to be a wonderful experience.
Come and be part of one of the most prestigious pageant for young women our area.! As a contestant, you will have the
opportunity to meet and compete with other young women from all over our county. You will have the opportunity to
win the coveted designed and original Crown…fit only for a Queen…as well as other beautiful awards, and not to
mention the honor of becoming the NEXT Miss Hidalgo County titleholder!
This will be an exciting event!!! Our staff is working very hard to make this an unforgettable experience for all of you.
Please be sure to read all the enclosed materials, as there is a DEALINE to submit all of your paperwork and fees the
pageant. The deadline is March 11, 2015. There is also information you will need to prepare for this event. If I can be
of any assistance, please do not hesitate to email me.

If you are paying your ad fee via PayPal, please include a 3.5% service fee, for example, please add $7.00 to your
payment, making you entire payment

QUALIFICATION
I certify that I am a genetically born natural female and I am between the ages for my division. I certify that I am a
resident of the United States of America. I certify that if requested by Axess Media Group & VIP Productions., I
can provide proof of my gender, age and citizenship.
JUDGING INFORMATION
Photogenic, Interview, Fashion or Swimsuit, Evening Gown. Only Miss & Teen have a final question on stage for
extra points. THIS YEAR ALL JUDGES WILL BE OUT OF TOWN. It’s hard to make everyone happy but our
number one priority has always been to be translucent for all of you to feel it was fair and give it your all.
Nevertheless please do remember all of you are in it for the same reason, so please respect each other and feel
happy and proud no matter what.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE POLICY
I understand that the pageant is a self-supporting event and that all fees paid are not refundable. This includes
entry fees, ticket sales, ad sales, and any other fees paid.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information collected by the pageant will never be released to anyone other than to authorized
vendors of the State Pageant. Information collected is so that we can contact you.
PROGRAM BOOK ADS
Program book ads are mandatory, Neverthe less its already included on your entry fee. However, for those
interested in purchasing ad pages to compete for the MISS Hidalgo County HOSTESS TITLE the following is the
price guide. They are only available in a full page size. Delegates receive a ½ color ADVERTISEMENT page:

COMPETITION ATTIRE
Opening Number – Will be announced SOON .
Fashion Wear –
Delegates shall provide their own Top Fashion Inspired in our theme Welcome to the Circus
wear competition outfit.
(Only for Jr. Miss, Pre-Teen, Little Miss and Tiny Miss)
Swimwear –
Delegates shall provide their own Red or Black competition swimsuit you may add a touch of
our theme to it or wear a wrap with it. The shoe color shall be nude or a Jonathan Kayne
style shoe. (Only for Teen, Miss and Ms.)
Evening Wear –
Delegates must bring one full-length evening gown in a style and color that best
compliments you. Always bring a back-up gown! Gowns should also reflect delegate’s style
and personality. Colors will not matter, any color is acceptable.
Interview Attire -
Delegates must bring a fashionable outfit for the interview competition. You are not required
to bring an interview suit. Any type of outfit that you deem appropriate for interviewing for
this title is acceptable.
Miscellaneous -
Bring comfortable clothes for rehearsals, but always bring your opening number shoes for
rehearsals.
NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE
As a Casting Call winner you can compete for other titles in other pageant systems however you certify that any
other pageant titles will not prevent you from competing in the National Pageant. The only requirement of Casting
Call winners is to compete at the National Pageant.
DISQUALIFICATION
By submitting the entry form and entry fee, I agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by Axess Media, I
attest that all information submitted is true and accurate. Failure to comply with Axess Media Group, policies may
result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the
discretion of Axess Media Group. I understand that Rules, Regulations and policies may change from time to time
and I agree in advance to any changes or alterations to any Rules, Regulations or policies without notice to me.
PHOTOGRAPHS
All delegates must submit a headshot and a full body to be used for the website and program book no smaller
than 300dpi, no later than 3 days after you sign up or before March 15, 2015.
2015 OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER
As a Contestant you must purchase your pageant photo cd value of $100, delegates pay only $50 a few photos of
the pageant and rehearsals (photos will be sent electronically). Your information will be collected in this
paperwork. There are NO GUARANTEES as to how many photos each girl will receive, but will include at least
one photo of each phase of competition and some group photos. This fee is already part of your entry-fee.
2015 DVD
We will be videotaping with a high quality grade camera. Copies will be available for $50.00. This is NOT included
in the price of your entry fee, this is a separate charge.
PAGEANT DATES
The Miss HIDALGO COUNTY Pageant 2015 will be held March 2015. These dates are tentative until the final
schedule comes out. The number of shows (e.g. if there will be a preliminary show) depends on the number of
delegates entered. Please make sure you are constantly watching the Facebook group for updates!
CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE
If there are any changes to the Schedule, those changes will be on the Schedule handed out at orientation. All
other schedules are null and void. There will be NO changes to the Schedule after Orientation.
PROFESSIONAL HAIR & MAKE-UP
NO ONE IS ALLOWED BACKSTAGE ONLY OUR DELEGATES ONLY TINY MISS, LITTLE MISS, PRE-TEEN,
AND JR. MISS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE (1) ONE PERSON BACKTAGE…..
ORIENTATION
Delegates please wear a fashionable. This is an outfit that you will be photographed.
SWAPS
Some pageants require delegates to bring a small gift for all other delegates. This is often referred to as “swaps.”
We do NOT require swaps. However, some delegates have chosen to bring little trinkets for their sister queens.
This is permissible but should be kept in a reasonable price range. Also, if you do decide to bring a little gift for
each delegate, this should be done at orientation, all delegates will have marked places at orientation so it will be
easy for those bringing gifts to hand them out prior to orientation.
PAJAMA DIVA CONTEST (Tentative)
Get ready to wear your most creative pajama outfit and walk the red carpet! This is a get together that the current
titleholder hosts. At this event, delegates are encouraged to walk down the red carpet and tell about your outfit
and what it represents to you. The Miss Pajama Diva receives a great prize package!
ACCESS TO PAGEANT AND ACTIVITIES
NO ONE, other than the staff of Axess Media Group & VIP Productions and their authorized third party service
providers will be allowed backstage at the theater or at any activities sponsored by Axess Media Group & VIP
Productions during the national event. This is strictly limited for insurance and liability reasons.
TICKETS TO THE SHOW AND PROGRAM BOOKS
The sales of tickets and lobby will open up 30 minutes prior to each show. Tickets will be $15. Digital Program
books will be for sale for $15.00 and are NOT included with the cost of entry or included with the cost of a ticket.

I agree that, if I am selected as a titleholder, that for one year from the day of the selection, my professional affairs as said titleholder shall be under the sole
and complete management of Axess Media Group and VIP Productions, or another third party representation company they select and that I will not give
any written or verbal endorsement of any mercantile commodity or commercial or charitable organization without obtaining specific written authority from

HONESTY POLICY.

host hotel. I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST of Axess Media Group and VIP Productions.
AND AFFILIATED OR RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND
