Dr. Groth is currently the Chief Executive Officer for AllSource Global Management, LLC, a private defense
contracting company. He is also owner of Groth Development Services, LLC, a real estate development
company, Economic Technologies, LLC, a real estate holding company, and past Corporate Owner of C2I2
(an Internet access provider company). Dr. Groth taught Accounting, Business, and Economics at both the
undergraduate and graduate levels, is published, and formerly served as the Associate Vice President and Dean
at The University of Arizona South. He retired as the Associate Vice President for Outreach at The University of
Arizona, June 30, 2008, after 27 years in Higher Education. Dr. Groth and his wife, Jan, have two children.
