Southern Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Community & Southern Bank
The transaction adds approximately $155 million in total assets and approximately $127 million in deposits to
Community & Southern’s balance sheet while enhancing C&S’s existing presence along the Georgia 400 corridor
The acquisition is the 3rd completed open bank transaction for C&S since the beginning of 2013 and the 16th
completed open bank transaction involving a Georgia-based target over the same time period
