Notice inviting Quotation
Sealed quotations are hereby invited in plain paper for the following works from the
intending bonafied contractor/ decorator/ firms.
In no cases the rates should not be more than the district approved rate of
Loksabha General Election’2014
A) Civil Work
1 For making arrangement of STRONG ROOM with alied work aT Bishnupur High
School Bishnupur
2. For making arrangement of DC/RC with alied work aT Bishnupur High School
Bishnupur
3. For making arrangement of COUNTING with alied work aT Bishnupur High
School Bishnupur.
B) Electrical Work:Making arrangement of electrical works for DC/RC, Srong Room, Counting Hall.

Terms and condition:
General criteria : 1. The rate should be quoted both in figure and word clearly. Any
correction made their should be initial by the quotationer. The rate should be of all
taxes and cost
2. The rates of different items are to be quoted as per the enclosed sheet.
3. Copies of latest PTa, Trade license, EPIC Card, Pan Card and Credential of
Similar Type of Work are to be attached with the quotation.
4. Quotation Form will be issued to each quotationers rom this office after
depositing Rs 200.00 in cash as cost of Quotation form.
5. No quotation form will be accepted without valid documents.
6. Any other information will be available from the office of the undersigned.
7. Considering the emergency the work order may be distributed among more than
one quotationers at the lowest rate item-wise.
8. This is election urgent. Failure in any part of compliance of the order shall attract
penal measure as per election rule.
9. The undersigned shall have the right and discretion to terminate the contract
without assigning any reason.
10. the time limit for the completion of the work may reduced if emergency situation
arises.
11. The successful quotationer have to undergo and agreement with the respective
authority within 2 days of receiving work order.
12 the undersigned also dose not bind himself to accept the lowest rate.
Credential: 1. For civil work quotationers must have experience of similar type of
work.
2. For electric work quotationers must have the valid license of electrical works from
competent authority and experience of similar type of work. Copy of this license is
to be submitted along with filled up quotation form, there-wise, it will be treated as
informal.
Quotation form and district rate for Loksabha General Election’2014 are enclosed in
separate sheet.
