Thank you to all those parents who attended our Parent’s Evenings this week, please contact your child’s class teacher
if you missed your appointment and did not see the class teacher.
It was great to welcome our two new members of staff, Alice Corlett, Y3/4 and Sophie Kay, Year 1/2, into school today.
They really enjoyed their time in school and are looking forward to joining us on 20th April.
As some of you may have noticed, Miss McDougall, our Deputy Head is pregnant and will be starting her maternity
leave some time in May.
Celebration Assembly takes place from 9:10 am on Mondays. Parents are
welcome to attend. Texts will be sent to parents whose children are to receive an award.

turnout. If you did not make an appointment to see your
child’s teacher please contact them to make one and find
out how your child is doing
Easter Experience
Key stage 2 children visited Christ Church West Didsbury
as part of their Easter Experience last week. We received
wonderful feedback for all classes as to how well behaved
and calm the children were. The children had a great time
and we would like to extend out thanks to Reverend Ann
and Captain ~Philip Gay, one of our Governors here at
Barlow Hall and the helpers for making everyone feel so
welcome
KS1 Wheel of Manchester Trip
Thank you to Year 1/2 for yesterday’s great behaviour on
their trip into Manchester to ride on the Wheel of Manchester. The ride, which gave the classes a bird’s eye view
of the centre of Manchester forms part of their current
topic. Well done to Miss Fairclough’s class too for their
brilliant assembly yesterday
