Rehearsals&Recital:
Pleasenote1parentisallowedbackstagewithourtwinklestarstogetthemsetforrehearsal
and/ortherecital.Oncewebegintheperformance,wewillasktheparentstopleaseleavethe
backstagearea.WewillhaveaTVandcoloringpagestokeepthekidsbusywhiletheyarenot
onstage.Afteryourrehearsal/performanceisfinished,weaskthatyoupleasedismiss
fromthedressingroomsasquicklyaspossiblesowecangetthenextgroupinfor
rehearsal.
ItemsStudentsshould/shouldn'tbringtoRehearsals/Performance:
DObringALLcostumes,accessories,danceshoes,tights,etc.whichshouldbeclearlylabeled
withstudent’sfirstandlastnames.Pleasehangcostumeonahangerwithhangerlabeledas
well.Pleaseplaceabagoverthehangertoholdheadpieces,socks,orotheraccessories.
PleasedoNOTbringvaluableitems.Studentsarewelcometobringsmalltoys,orbookswith
them,butpleasenovaluables;BCDTAisnotresponsibleforlostorstolenitems.
DropOff&PickUpProcedures:
WhenyouarrivetothelobbyofCouncilRockNorth,youwillsigninyourchildinthehallwayof
thelobby.Oneparentcantakeyourchildbacktothedressingroomareaaftersign‐in.Youmust
signstudentsin&out.Whentherehearsal/performanceisover,oneparent(only1parentper
childplease)shouldpickupthechildatthedressingroomarea.Followingtheseprocedures
willensurethesafetyofallofourstudents.PleasenotethatonceTwinkleStarsmoveuptoour
fullmusical,parentsarenotpermittedbackstage.
Ifyourchildneedstobepickedupearly:

lightlyandexpecteveryonetocooperatewithourdirectionssothatyourchildren,our“stars”,
