 Security and Keys
The Club has suffered some instances of petty theft and
vandalism. Members are asked to be watchful with their
valuables and to question strangers who come into the
grounds of the Club. Please keep all gates closed at all
times. If you are the last to leave, please ensure the
Clubhouse is locked. All senior members and some junior
members are entitled to a key for the Clubhouse. They
are supplied for the cost of cutting. See the Club
noticeboard for the latest details and costs.

Lane at any time. The nearest parking spaces are in
North Bar Without, but please check local notices for
parking restrictions. The Club does have several bicycle
hoops, for those wanting to cycle. Pedestrian access to
the Club is permitted from York Road past Park Lodge
and Park House although this is not a public right of way.
Social Events
A number of social events are planned each season.
Keep an eye on the Club noticeboards for details and if
you want to organise anything yourself, the committee
would be delighted to hear from you.

All members are reminded that it is a courtesy to play
only one short set of doubles when others are waiting for
a court. Members must endeavour to see that this
courtesy rule is observed.
Please also bear in mind that the Club is located in a
residential area and we should behave considerately to
our neighbours at all times.

must be displayed when playing at the Club.

have priority on the Junior Priority Court (Court 7).
Wednesday evenings (floodlit in winter), Saturday
afternoons and Sundays are the main times for members to
play club tennis, mingling without prior arrangement in
informal doubles games. Wednesday afternoon is also a
popular time for club tennis
