NATIONAL SECURITY INTELLIGENCE ACADEMY {NSIA) is a program of study specifically designed to prepare high school
students for a career in the many branches of Law Enforcement and/or Criminal Justi ce. Uniquely designed coursework both
rigorous and engaging is comprised of extended classroom and real-life experiences. The program's curricula intentionally builds
upon, resea rch, analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as leadership and creative abilities.

LAW ENFORCEMENT/INTELLIGENCE STUDIES MAGNET
Law Enforcement/Intelligence Studies Magnet offers a rigorous academic program that will
prepare students to meet the academic and technical challenges to succeed and transition into a
future career in law enforcement or criminal justice. The coursework encompasses the historical
development of U.S. Democracy, U.S. Judicial System and changing dynamics of international/
world affairs. This program of study is inclusive of research, writing and use of analytical skills
on real world issues, impacting our global and political environment.

FORENSIC SCIENCE MAGNET
Forensic Science Magnet offers students an interactive program inclusive of authentic forensic
science coursework, rich in science, technology and mathematics. The program focuses on
the practice and analysis of physical evidence and crime scenes. A wide -range of disciplines
such as biology, chemistry, physics, genetics, mathematics and psychology are components of
the curriculum. Students will acquire an in-depth understanding of the many functions forensic
scientists perform to transcend national boarders while securing the homeland.
