Step-3: Click on that Tab you get “Apply On Line & View
Print Form”. Step-4: Click “Apply online Now”.
Step-5: After Click, you will get “ONLINE FORM”. Fill
All Details (Mandatory Details),
including Demand Draft Detail.
Step-6: After Filling all detail, Submit the Form.
Step-7: After Submission online form, you will get option
