Day One: Sunday
Perspective of Jesus: Pray that you will be able to see your community and the needs
around you the way Jesus sees them. Our perspective can be wrong, Jesus’ perspective
is right. Ask the Lord to help us see our neighborhoods and the nations as He sees
them, ready to respond as He opens our eyes.

Day Two: Monday
Personal Perspective: As Jesus walked through communities, He saw the needs up
close (Matt. 9:35). Pray that Christians and churches will become more aware of the
needs nearby, the harvest field that is ready right around them.

Day Three: Tuesday
Personal Perspective: There are physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual needs
around us as churches and associations. Pray that God will give wisdom to see and
resources to meet those needs in Jesus’ name. .

Day Four: Wednesday
Panoramic Perspective: Jesus saw the crowds, the big picture, and He had compassion
(Matt. 9:36). The needs in North America are overwhelming, but the compassion of
Christ is enough to meet every need. Pray that we will see nation-sized needs and be
ready to care as Jesus cares.

Day Five: Thursday
Panoramic Perspective: Many of our metropolitan areas have many more than a
million residents. The needs are great. Pray for associations to be ready to mobilize for
missions and ministry in cities small and large.

Day Six: Friday
Prayerful Perspective: Jesus knew how big the needs were, how overwhelming they
could be, so He told His followers to pray that God would act (Matt. 9:37). Pray that
churches and associations will pray like never before, seeing the needs through the lens
of prayer, depending on the Lord of the harvest to act.

Day Seven: Saturday
Prayerful Perspective: Today, pray for leaders in our churches and associations across
North America. We must be prayerfully dependent on God on mission where He has
planted us. Ask Him to give our leaders a fresh reminder of this need, and
encouragement to trust and obey Him.

Day Eight: Sunday
What would God do? If we really saw the needs around us from Jesus’ perspective,
and depended on Him in prayer to send us into His harvest field to serve, what would
He do? What would our churches and associations look like? Pray that we
will see the answer to these questions through the prayerful obedience of God’s people
across North America.
