1. Introduction
Established in 1926, the Poznań University of Economics is one of the oldest and most prestigious
economic universities in Poland, widely known for its academic excellence. PUE is the only university
in Poland to enjoy full academic rights in economic, management and commodity sciences.

There are convenient train connections available between Poznań and numerous major cities:

from the airport: by public transport (by bus L you will get to the railway station, from where
you can use bus 71 or go on foot; by bus 59 you will get to Rondo Kaponiera, from where you
can use bus 63 or go on foot) or by taxi M1 (cost 20 PLN at daytime or 26 PLN at night)
