The fee includes a stand 3mx3m size (9m2) for exhibiting products and advertising materials. The standard equipment of the stand includes: a counter, chairs, table, basket, lights and 230V socket. Company name placed above the entrance to the stand (single font for all). Standard load capacity for each counter element max 40 kg. Reinforced of a table with a load capacity of max 150 kg is available for extra fee 170 pln (45 €). The display of the logo above the entrance additional cost 170 PLN net (45 €) I order the company logo for my exhibition stand (above the entrance) I am obliged to provide the logo 7 days before the event. 170 pln or 45€ I order additional reinforcement of the display table of 1m x 0.5 m 170 pln or 45€ Participation. The participation fee includes participation in the event, 18-19 June 2015, the evening banquet and all the attractions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials, simultaneous translation of the conference session. Conference brochure is professionally edited and published publication contains information about the conference, partners, industry and advertising. It will be distributed to the participants, partners, media, sponsors, interested companies and institutions. Quantity approx. 500 pieces. A4 ad format. Advertising insert. Client’s promotional material delivered to the organizer of the Heat Treatment Forum for distribution among the participants such as: flyers, catalogues of products, CD / DVD or gadgets. They will be placed in the conference materials for each of the participants. Time and venue. AutoForum Suppliers' Day will be held on 18-19 June 2015 in Opole, Exhibition and Congress Center (Centrum Wystawienniczo-Kongresowe), Wroclawska street. Hotel. We have reserved a number of rooms in the DeSilva hotel in Opole. The participation fee does not include the cost of accommodation and other services provided by the hotel. Cancellation of exhibition booth order will be charged 50% of hiring cost. Cancellation of participation in the event up to the 1st of June 2015 will be charged 400 pln (or 100€) per person. In case of cancellation of participation between the 1st and the 10th of June 2015 the is 50% of costs. Absence during the event does not entitle to reimbursement for participation and for the stand.
