Flux Lounge is a flexible and private small event space with an
emphasis on using the latest technological innovations in order to
convey a message, entertain or simply wow your clients in a way
that cannot be achieved in any other event space. We work with 20
carefully selected technology partners to ensure our space has the
latest consumer products and prototypes so that our experiences
cannot be replicated elsewhere. Each partner is visionary, pioneering,
creative and experimental.
There are so many variations on how the technology can be used
with the space and our in-house programmers Engage are on hand
to create a package that meets your requirements and objectives.
We have a variety of packages available to suit any budget and are
confident that, through the latest technology, our venue will make
your event memorable.
The venue consists of one main event space, a small catering space
and toilets. The space is perfect for conferences, product launches,
pitches, receptions and workshop days.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are on hand to guide you through the process of
staging your event at the Flux Lounge. We have a dedicated
management team to ensure the smooth running of your event.
In addition we have a distinguished list of accredited suppliers
including caterers, production companies and florists. We can
put you in touch directly with any other required third parties
and assist you with any special requirements.
Here are the answers to a few frequently asked questions:
Damage Deposit
We will hold a damage deposit for every event – the value will
vary depending on the activity itself and length of hire. We will
conduct pre and post event venue checks with you to catalogue
any damages. If there are no damages caused, the deposit will be
returned to you in full 7 days after the hire period ends.
Payments
All fees are payable in full prior to access on site. Upon
confirmation we will invoice for 50% of the hire fee, 100% of the
management fee. All other charges are due at least one month
prior to the first day of the hire period.
Permissions
The venue is not licensed.
Contracts
Event facilities are hired subject to Blank Canvas’ standard
licence agreement. A thorough schedule of hire will be required
for each event. A standard template will be supplied and will
form part of the licence agreement.
Health & Safety
All venue hirers will be required to provide Health & Safety
documentation for their event.
Advertising & Promotion
All venue hirers must submit advertising and promotional
material in relation to their event for landlord approval in
advance of release to the public domain.

At the Flux Innovation Lounge we have our own in house
technology specialists (Engage) on hand to provide various
technology solutions for your event. There are numerous
options for hiring the equipment and we have kept these items
seperate from the event hire, so that you only pay for what you
use, keeping the venue afforable on any budget. Our technology
specialists are available for anything from simply talking through
the equipment at an event, to enhancing your content to really
‘wow’ and engage your guests. Whatever your requirements we
can provide an experience through innovation.
