LAS VEGAS (April 21, 2015) – Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Harrah’s Las Vegas presents the
Caymus Wine Dinner featuring the Wagner Family of Wine on Thursday, April 30. The dinner
raises a toast to the iconic American Steak House experience paired with Caymus, an iconic
American wine to create an unforgettable evening for steak and wine lovers. This is the second
event in the 50th Anniversary Wine Dinner Series.
The featured menu is as follows:

Complimentary 30 minute cocktail, wine and beer reception for all guests.

Hors d’oeuvres - Ahi Tuna Poke with Crisp Wonton and Sesame Seeds paired with
Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Second Course - Northwest Snow Crab Bisque Spiked with Brandy and Chardonnay
paired with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands

Third Course - New Zealand Lamb Lollipop with Sweet Potato Casserole and Blackberry
Sauce paired with Belle Glos Pinot Noir, Dairyman Vineyard, Russian River Valley

Fourth Course - Filet Mignon with Cremini Mushrooms, served sizzling paired with
Caymus Vineyards, Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
Accompaniments include: Lobster Mac & Cheese and Garlic Sautéed Broccolini

Fifth Course - White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise and Dark Chocolate
paired with Mer Soleil LATE, Santa Lucia Highlands
Complimentary cocktail, wine and beer reception begins at 7:30 p.m., followed by the fivecourse dinner at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 30 and is priced at $150 per person plus tax and
